Sanctuary Education Enhancement (SEE) Grants


Sanctuary Friends Foundation of the Florida Keys grants up to $1,000 as a Sanctuary Education Enhancement [SEE] Award Grant.  The SEE Awards are for the enhancement of educational projects that emphasizes our local marine Sanctuary environment.


This year the following teachers were awarded $1,000 SEE Awards each for their Sanctuary education project;

• Lisa Giles - Key Largo School
• Cathy Hoffman – Big Pine Elementary Academy
• Alesa Rehman – Coral Shores High School
• Catherine Foote – Plantation Key School
• Vicki Sawyer – Poinciana Elementary
• Jan Mulvihill – Key Largo School
